She welcomed us when we arrived and did a walk through and was just so pleasant. Parking garage is a nice to have if you have a car. The place is an amazing location. Close to the beach and close enough, but not too close to the action of Old Town, so sleeping was a breeze! There is no view from the apartment but the location and provided parking is nice. Has two full bathrooms which was helpful with two teens. The kitchen had all the necessities.
