M03 is a spacious and modern townhouse with 2 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Beautifully decorated, offering you a very comfortable accommodation for your family and friends to enjoy.  
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with integrated appliances including a dishwasher, electric oven and induction hob, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. Other appliances include a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board as well as all the utensils needed to enjoy an independent stay.  
The living room is very well decorated, with direct access to an outdoor terrace, it also has a dining table with seating for six people, a comfortable sofa and television. In the living room there is the option of 2 extra beds.  
On the first floor, bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed and 1 single bed and a private bathroom with bathtub having access to a balcony.  
Bedroom 2 has three single beds, built-in wardrobes and a private bathroom with bathtub, and also has access to a balcony.  
The property has air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms, WiFi and a parking space available in the private garage.
