The Jamaica Apartment is a charming air-conditioned apartment with free Wi-Fi, set in a private condominium with a large pool for adults and children, 2 terraces and a barbecue.

This amazing apartment benefits from its proximity to everything you need for a relaxing holiday - beautiful golden sandy beaches, bars, diverse restaurants, shops, golf, boat trips, water sports, banks, supermarkets. It is a short walking distance from the centre of Olhos d\'Agua, just 300 metres (3 minutes walk). A car is not necessary, unless you want to explore the Algarve in its entirety.

The Jamaica Apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with access to a terrace with a barbecue, and a cosy living room with direct access to another terrace where you can have an outdoor meal and other leisure activities while enjoying the sea and pool view. Ideal for a relaxing family holiday.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

Changeover day is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Great appartment and location

Good experience, the appartment is big and with all you need for vacations. The balcony is a bit small but you can eat outside. Close to the beach (400m) and the swimming pool is big enough. We definitvely recommend.

An excellent choice !

Spacious, well-equipped property with a lovely pool. Well positioned for restaurants, supermarket close by. Best restaurant about 5 minutes away called Cantinho do Mar with an excellent tourist menu at 15 euros. This holiday apartment is a winner !

Fabulous stay

The apartment has plenty of natural light and has a veranda with a view over the pool and a fantastic sea view. The pool is lovely and it was a short walk to the beach, and there were local amenities nearby, shop, cafe and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Apartment!

Loved everything, big pool was great for the warm weather! Spacious living room, confortable bedrooms, very nice balcony with BBQ! Enjoyed the location, restaurants and local shops near by.

Absolutely superb , everything you could need for a great holiday

This apartment, this really is a wonderful place to stay, the location is excellent for resturants and supermarkets and beach. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly require. The rep Martin is exceptionally helpful and communication pre during and post our stay was excellent.
