The duplex can sleep 8 guests and is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard complete with air-conditioning throughout. The fully fitted kitchen includes a built-in dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The generously spacious lounge boasts multiple seating areas and a dining area. The stylish lounge invites you through the property towards the balcony. The balcony is complete with sun loungers, dining furniture, a fixed BBQ and provides a stunning view of the communal pool area and gardens.   
  
Guests also benefit from a reserved outdoor ground floor area with pool access, shared with neighbouring apartments, where additional loungers are provided. This duplex is situated within a private condominium and also has use of onsite tennis courts and parking spaces.
