If the lively strip is not for you, then why not try the Old Town, which has lots of winding streets full of culture and local history with the beautiful church of St Anne's and the old statue of St Michael. The old Town also has two beaches which you can access by escalator down the cliff face. There are plenty of shops for souvenirs and many bars and restaurants to choose from. The resort is within walking distance of the famous Maria Luisa beach and if you want to stay local there are also restaurants and plenty of activities on site such as 6 swimming pools and an outdoor kids play area. For an extra fee you can also enjoy facilities such as tennis, the onsite spa and the golf course. You have the very popular Zoomarine park just a 15-minute drive away in Guia.
