BEAUTIFUL FLAT FOR A FAMILY HOLIDAY WITH POOL AND LUSH GARDENS
- This T2 is located in the popular Parque da Corcovada complex in Albufeira. The apartment is on the 1st floor well decorated, nice and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. It has 1 double bedroom en suite, 1 bedroom with twin beds with separate bathroom, kitchen and a large lounge/dinning area with a sofa bed if required.
The lounge has the benefit of a balcony where you can enjoy the beauty of the landscaped gardens and the fully enclosed swimming pools with access only to guests that benefit from 24h security in the complex.
The apartment has air conditioning, wi-fi and parking outside and inside the garage. There is a playground and a mini golf course in the club house.
The famous "STRIP", with all the bars, restaurants, shops, ice cream shops, etc. is just a 10-minute walk away. Also at 15 and 25 minutes, you have to choose 2 beautiful golden sand beaches, St. Eulália or Praia da Oura, where you can enjoy a lunch, coffee or snack outdoors on the beautiful promenade with restaurants and cafes.
Albufeira is the most popular tourist destination in the Algarve, this apartment is in the middle of everything. Sunbathe on the beach, play in the private pool, enjoy the food in the local restaurants or have fun until sunrise in the night bars.
Ideal for couples or families wishing to be close to everything and enjoy the benefits of a private luxury complex without the need for a car.
The tourist train makes a circular route every 20 minutes from the Strip, Oura Beach, Old Town, Fisherman s Beach and the Albufeira Shops. For only € 4.50, you can get a daily ticket and get in and out whenever you want.
