This apartment is located in a tourist complex in Balaia, in a very quiet area of Albufeira, just a 5-minute walk from Maria Luísa Beach. The private condominium offers free parking and excellent amenities, including two large swimming pools, a children's pool, spacious gardens, a restaurant open from April to October, poolside bars, a golf course, and a supermarket nearby.   
  
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen in an open space, integrated with the living room and dining area, which provide access to a spacious furnished balcony facing south, with a pleasant view of the surroundings. It has two bedrooms — one with a double bed and another with two single beds — both with large wardrobes, in addition to a bathroom.
