One of the bedrooms is en-suite with a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. There is also a second bathroom, also equipped with a walk-in shower. One of the rooms includes a desk with a power outlet, perfect for remote work or study.



The living and dining areas share a spacious and welcoming open-plan layout, with comfortable sofas, chairs, a television, and air conditioning—ideal for relaxing in any season. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing all the amenities needed to prepare meals with ease.
