Temps dropped down to 8 degrees at night. They had no heater, and there was not enough bed linen to keep us warm. We were told to use the duvet/blanket which was found in a damp and musty smelling cupboard AND the duvet was filthy dirty (gross!!) OR they would get us a heater to rent at 25 per day! It's outrageous that they were going to charge us for a heater rental... !!No parking on the premises, it was a 10 minute walk awayExtremely narrow steep staircase which was hazardous when you have heavy bags to haul up and down.There was absolutely zero chance of getting any refund because apparently we got what we booked... sadly it was a HUGE mistake and it was dreadful. ##### Morgan B.
