Home Holidays staff was responsive via WhatsApp. The main issue with this apartment is the persistent sewer smell coming from one of the washrooms. The explanation we were given—blaming the odor on ocean tides and city sewer backflow—does not seem entirely accurate, as the second washroom had no smell at all.
