With 200 m², it is situated by the sea, offering stunning views. The property is 50 m from the sandy beach "Tunnel" and the supermarket. In addition, it is conveniently located 5 km from the "Salgados" golf course, 12 km from the "Albufeira" train station and 34 km from "Faro" airport. Ideal for families. The dining room and living room have great ocean/beach views, and the house itself is gorgeous and modern.A couple of points: Because it's right above the beach, there is foot traffic going by the house frequently so it's not secluded. The downstairs bedroom windows are on the street side so we kept the blinds down. We found that the parking was tight but manageable on the street below, but one night we ended up parking a few blocks away.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the beach-front view and vibe.
