Thank you for considering My Vacation Property Rental (MVP Rental) for your upcoming trip to the Poconos. I have owned and been hosting people at homes in this resort community since 2011. Over the years, across multiple properties, I have managed thousands of reservations and have gained the expertise to offer a relaxing retreat for both your group, and pets.

This home was the first property I purchased and was used personally for many years while also renting until relocation to the area ended the need for a second home. The home is located near the edge of the community but is tucked back into thick pines and is well hidden from view. Easy to get to, yet fee ls much more secluded than it is. The third-floor covered deck is without doubt the best spot to take in a snow or rain storm. It's so quiet at night you can hear the snow landing on the pine trees. It's a fantastic location.

The home is tastefully decorated, comfortable for families, and cozy for romantic getaways. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, the home has air conditioning, gas fireplace, high speed Wi-Fi, outdoor seating area and grill. All homes are smoke-free, and pet friendly provided appropriate pet fee has been paid.

All homes are located within the popular lake community of Towamensing Trails with many seasonal amenities. Amenity use is included in your rental fee.

*The lake may be closed without prior notice if it fails the periodic water testing/reading. (only one time in 2024)

AMENITIES SCHEDULE: (2025)
--Starting May 23, 2025 - Amenities will be open on weekends only
--Starting June 13, 2025, to September 2, 2025 - Amenities will be open full time
Hours of operation for the pool: 11 AM to 6 PM (Schedule may change without prior notice)
--On Sept 1, 2025 - pool will be closed for the season. The lake can still be accessed for boating and kayaking. Beach is swim at own risk.
