Let our well-appointed home enhance your next getaway to the Poconos with family-friendly and community amenities that everyone will enjoy! Our home is located in the private gated community of Indian Mountain lake and boasts over 1800 square feet of living space including three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, three (3) living rooms with Smart TVs, game room, and indoor hot tub room. Included with your stay are bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, & garbage bags. The Indian Mountain Lake community offers 24/7 security along and wonderful resort amenities including 2 private swimming beaches, 5 lakes including a stocked fishing lake, 2 outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, 4 children’s playgrounds, walking trails, picnic areas, 4 tennis courts and 2 basketball courts. We are no further than 3 miles from all amenities. Amenities are $10 per person per stay (not per day). These are not required should you not plan on using them. For your stay, our home includes high speed Wifi, 3 bedrooms with Queen size beds, and a loft with a queen size pull out bed. All beds come equipped with freshly washed sheets and blankets as well as towels stocked in the bathroom. Our living room has a beautiful wood stove and the loft has an electric fireplace. The game room features a pool table, full size air hockey table, Pac Man Arcade game and board games to keep you entertained for hours. The spacious deck and yard has ample seating for outdoor dining and grilling on our charcoal grill. Our hot tub is located indoors and well taken care of! We are close to several Ski mountains such as Blue Mountain, (30 min), Camelback (30 min), Big Boulder (15 min), and Jack Frost (20 min). A great location to have a very private back yard. We also were able to drive to many locations all with in 15 to 20 minutes. If we come to the poconos this is the place we will stay. ##### Bob M. We enjoyed the hot tub, smores by the fire, feeding the deer lettuce and hiking the Hawk Falls trail that ended in a gorgeous waterfall. It was perfect and exactly what we were hoping for. The hosts went above and beyond to provide everything that was needed for our stay. The house was great (even has a full game room in the basement) and super clean! Amanda was very responsive, and we really enjoyed our time. The property was well kept. The hot tub was the selling point for me! The game room kept everyone entertained. I had to adjust the dates of our stay and Amanda was very accommodating. She even checked on us after our arrival to make sure everything was ok! We were very comfortable and would highly recommend!!! ##### Lori H. Nice nights by the firepit. Entertained by the wildlife at all times of the day or night. The kids loved the hot tub and pool table. Very nice oversized washer and dryer. Great location and home for indoor and outdoor fun. We had fun hiking at nearby trails, exploring, Jim Thorpe, and taking local train ride, snow tubing, beginner ski lessons, and ringing in the new year together in a cozy cabin home with all of the fun amenities for a fun family time. The hosts were very attentive and thought of everything and we were grateful. We are excited to try this wonderful cabin home in the spring or summer. ##### rosalia v. To be able to spend time with my three grown children was awesome! We went Snowtubing at Camelback it was so much fun! The house was beautiful! The kids loved playing pool and I loved the hot tub! From the excellent communication to the cleanliness and comfort of the home. The kitchen is well stocked, smart tvs through out the house and the comfort of the front porch during a rain storm.
