Composed of large double bedroom, large living room / kitchen with double sofa bed, bathroom with tub and dressing room with shower, pantry and terrace / garden of 25sqm. Private parking space. The accommodation is only 1500 meters from the sea but a very steep climb makes it essential to use a vehicle. Perfectly furnished, complete with appliances and dishes. We give guests a set of sheets and towels. Perfect for 4 people. In case of larger groups contact the Administrator to evaluate the possibility of increasing hospitality. Our four-legged friends are welcome in compliance with the condominium rules.
