At an altitude of 1600 m, this charming F2 of 55m2 equipped located on the garden level of the authentic chalet "grange à Marius", can accommodate 4 people (a couple with 1 or 2 children). It has:
- A warm single room with a comfortable king-size bed.
- A bathroom adjoining the bedroom
- A lounge area equipped to meet up after a day in the great outdoors and modular which offers two additional beds thanks to the sofa beds
An open kitchen with everything you need to prepare your mountain meals.

Outdoors & Environment
- The little extra: Enjoy an adjoining garden, perfect for getting some fresh air or letting the children play.
- Exceptional location: At the foot of the Aiguilles d'Arves, you are at the direct start of the trails (hiking, cycling) and 10 minutes from the Col du Mollard lake.
- The Hamlet: Live to the rhythm of this "little hamlet of diehards", synonymous with absolute calm and fresh air.
