La villa Ginkgo est parfaitement située au calme, sur les coteaux d'Albi, prête a vous faire découvrir notre riche patrimoine culturel et gastronomique.   
A seulement 5 minutes de la cité épiscopale et de la cathédrale classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO ... mais aussi proche des villes et villages alentours : Gaillac (27 km), Cordes sur Ciel (32 km), Puycelsi (44 km), Ambialet (24 km), Toulouse (78 km), Castres (38 km) , Montauban (77 km) … Je me tiendrais, bien évidemment, à votre disposition pour vous conseiller dans vos visites !   
  
Laissez vous séduire pas son SPA rigide 3 places avec sa vue sur la campagne, sa cuisine toute équipée, ses deux chambres dont une avec un lit en 160 et l'autre avec deux lits en 90 et son coin bureau, un canapé convertible, ainsi que sa salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne et double-vasques.   
  
Villa T3 neuve indépendante, de plain pied de 76m², entièrement meublée et équipée avec de belles prestations et ses 2 places de parking dans une résidence sécurisée (en cours de finition) avec portail automatique.  
Maison contemporaine , très lumineuse avec 2 terrasses de part et d'autres avec 2 espaces repas et un espace apéro !  
Toute équipée avec pergola et barbecue-plancha et aménagée notamment avec un SPA rigide 3 places : 1 place couchée et 2 places semi-assises avec vue sur la campagne ;  
un salon coquet et convivial avec un canapé convertible et une cuisine ouverte toute équipée ;  
2 chambres équipée chacune d'un dressing et l'une possède un espace travail.  
La villa tout en étant au calme à la campagne est à moins de 5 minutes de La Cathédrale !

\- Le linge de maison est entièrement fourni et les lits seront préparés à votre arrivée !  
La prestation "linge de maison" comprenant draps et serviettes de toilette est de 15 € par couchage (frais de blanchisserie).
