Welcome to your Happy Landing—a peaceful sanctuary designed with a whisper of the Aegean. Bright, open, and thoughtfully prepared, this spacious 2-bedroom retreat offers rest for the traveler, the healer, or the seeker of simplicity. ~Over 1,000 square feet of space ~Two sleeping chambers: one king, one queen ~Modern shower, washer, and dryer to refresh and renew ~A kitchenette with a filtered water dispenser, ideal for preparing morning café ~Access to a backyard with a dining area and grill This listing is for the bottom floor of a two-story home. I live within a few blocks of this property and am on hand for all questions and concerns!

One of the best stays I’ve had. Breakfast was made and delivered which was definitely not expected but really great considering I was there with three kids on my own. I would just say overall, a really great experience.

Nice basement unit. Works basically like a large 2br - 1 bath hotel room laundry without any real kitchen option, but that was fine for us as we had activities planned all weekend and were pretty much just there to sleep.

Its a cute little place but doesnt have a kitchen. It has fridge, microwave, and electric burner but no sink. This was an issue as I was traveling with toddlers and had to go to bathroom to wash sippy cups and bottles. Hot water was limited. It only got slightly past luke warm for a shower. I think host lives above unit and they might share a hot water heater. Host was responsive in communication.

Awesome place. Great beds. I deducted one star on listing accuracy because I was under the impression it was the entire house. After reading the listing again in detail, I realized it was a downstairs unit. FYI- There’s not a way to cook any food if you’re looking for a full kitchen. Jeffery was an excellent host and took care of all of my concerns.I
