Wifi & parking all avail on site or street parking. Custom made handrails to match design. This Historical 100 yrs house has been completely top to bottom revived! Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you\`re out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. It provides the basic amenities one expects from a well-run property through VRBO. It is has a nice well supplied kitchen for meal prep and cooking. The decor is bright and welcoming. There is a small backyard which is appreciated for those of us traveling with a dog. There are ample bathrooms/bedrooms for several people to stay. The mattresses however are not particularly comfortable or supportive for older bodies like ours. Also the location, while in a decent neighborhood, is near the corner of a busy street which is loud; also one can hear the train repeatedly through the evening. All told this property provided us what we needed for an overnight stay and the property owner could not have been kinder and easier to work with. ##### Brad B.
