Historic District in downtown Albany. The property has been top to bottom remodeled including air conditioning! EVERYTHING is new, & styled in a fresh Natty- Boho. Funky and fun with Modern and Glam together! 2 level living. Main floor has living area, kitchen, dining and bathroom. Upstairs, are bedrooms and full bathroom. Walk across the street to the iconic Hasty Freeze, or to the many shops and restaurants in Downtown District. Close to beautiful Willamette River. Pet info$, check other info This Historical 100 yrs house has been completely top to bottom revived! Everything is is new, modernized and soothing! For your comfort, we\`ve also added MIni Split air conditioning on both floors. Located in the heart of Albany\`s historic district. Take a stroll, enjoy the open floor plan, or sit out on the large front porch. Sleeping is all on 2nd floor. 1500 sq ft. This property has 4 units, you are 1 of 4\. There may or may not be guests below you, and you may hear noise transfer, as historic houses sometimes have amazing acoustics! If your pets have been outdoors, we ask that they please have their feet cleaned at entrance with their dedicated doggy towel. We appreciate the mindfulness and collaboration in keeping everything as sanitary as possible and thinking of the next guests to come. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you\`re out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. It is an older house that has been updated. The kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled and are very nice. Being an older home it was a bit drafty, but we were there during some uncharacteristic weather for this part of Oregon where the temperatures dipped very low.
