"We did not get to stay. My reservation was cancelled 1 hour before check in but I did not know as I was driving and the property manager messaged in the app when they should have called me. Due to a plumbing issue the booking was cancelled. They knew about the plumbing issue earlier in the day however they confirmed my check in time of 3pm 2 hours earlier at 1pm and then cancelled 1 hr before. "Very clean and tidy.Communication was lacking. Did not know how to get into room. Did not have code to get keys. Said there was a washing machine and dryer - again poor Communication about where washing machine was and also no dryer available. Ended up needing to go to laundromat which was fine but would have bern good to know prior. Minimal parking but that was clear in the description of the property. "

"A modern, spacious house with a good layout and a nice pool. There was an issue with our security deposit. The managing agent withdrew this twice, without authorisation and despite advising the agent of this and a number of requests for this to be retuned. While the first withdrawal was returned after checkout, the second one was not returned until 9 days after checkout, and only after a number of phone calls to get it back. "

"Our family had to attend a funeral in Eight Mile Plains and needed somewhere close where we could cook meals and have a comfortable sleep with enough room for eight people. This home was absolutely perfect for us. The bedrooms are separated enough to afford privacy. The kitchen was a great gathering place and well appointed. The washing machine was super helpful (note there is no dryer though). Communication with the host was excellent too. I highly recommend this property. "
