This is my second stay here. The hotel is in a very safe area of Bogota, across from the police headquarters and near a giant mall. Front desk is great! I recommend paying for a room on a higher floor; the view is amazing! The breakfast buffet is solid, room service is good, and the AR spa in the basement offers discounts for guests. I highly recommend for international visitors.

Extraordinary property, amazing staff, included breakfast was delicious. Views are BREATHTAKING! Rooms are spacious, clean, and welcoming. Staff shared contact info for buggy tour at a reduced price. Absolutely amazing!
