Welcome to my cosy flat located just outside the historic centre of Alba, within walking distance of the supermarket, convenient for all your needs. It features a tastefully furnished bedroom, a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The highlight of this accommodation is the free parking space in the courtyard, which guarantees visitors easy parking. a gem that offers an unforgettable stay experience.



The flat has:



Suite: very spacious, offering a comfortable and cosy environment for guests. Furnished with a comfortable double bed, it also has a dedicated desk for those who wish to work remotely or do smart work during their stay. The suite is well lit and offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere to rest or concentrate during working hours.



Living Area: Furnished with a comfortable sofa bed. It is the ideal place to relax, watch TV with Netflix included and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area is furnished in a modern style and offers an inviting atmosphere for entertaining.



Bathroom area: the bathroom is equipped with a washing machine for maximum comfort and convenience. You can wash your clothes without having to worry about finding a laundry or bringing them home dirty. This extra convenience makes the flat ideal for short and long stays.



Outdoor Area: The flat also offers an outdoor area with a balcony from which you can enjoy spectacular views. You can admire breathtaking views while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a romantic dinner at sunset. In addition, there is a reserved parking space in the outdoor area, offering a convenient way to park safely during your stay.



In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.



Before your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.



There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that since we are not a hotel, Italian law requires us to provide guests with any type of food, even just plain oil, salt and pepper, and since we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.



The flat is equipped with soundproof windows to provide you with a quiet and relaxing environment.
