"This place is AMAZING. Truly. It's a calm oasis outside the hustle and bustle of Ubud, with beautiful gardens, the most enjoyable pool I've ever been in (can't explain it - combination of the setting, the sounds, the smells, the temperature and the perfect amount of chlorination makes it perfect), and absolutely wonderful staff. Everyone you meet there is just so friendly. And the food. Oh the food. Wow. Can't fault any of it. Try the gluten free bread - even if you aren't gluten free. It's just delicious, especially with the homemade cashew butter and 'nutella'. The only downside of the trip is that we had to leave."

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Seres. Hotel: Check-in process after long travel was thankfully very easy. Our room had a pool and it felt well maintained and mostly private. Loved the doors in the bathroom leading outside to the desk. Cleaning staff came daily. Purified water bottles provided. And the front desk very responsive, helpful and quick if an issue arose or we needed something. Food: Breakfast was good and while some things were the same everyday they tried to include some variety daily. The fruit and juices were fresh. They even gave us to go breakfast when we had super earlier mornings/ excursions. Dinner was okay. The pizza was my favorite! Overall the food was overpriced for sure but it was just more convenient to eat here after a long day. Location: It is about 20-30 minutes from Ubudd central but grabs picked us up super quickly and easily. Overall would recommend. Felt like a peaceful stay overall."

"We stayed at Impiana Villas in Ubud for our honeymoon and, although we initially had a few issues with our room, the way the team handled them made a big difference. A special thank you to Hery, the manager, who was very focused on our satisfaction and wanted to resolve the issues straight away. He listened to our concerns, took immediate action, and kindly upgraded us to Impiana Villas. The honeymoon cake and beautiful towel decorations were also such thoughtful touches and really helped make our stay more special. I’d also like to thank Erik, who helped us when our taxi driver went to the wrong hotel. He took the phone and communicated with the driver himself, which saved us a lot of stress. Overall, Hery’s efforts and the team’s genuine focus on resolving issues turned our experience around. We really appreciated their care and hospitality, especially during such an important trip for us."
