Otel çok kötüydü temİzlik sıfırdı. Ayrıca duşa girdiğinizde üsten devamlı bir su damlıyor bu suda üs taraftaki duştan geliyor. İki defa söyledim ama tamire gelen olmadı. Reception işlerini zorla yapıyor du ben 4 günlük rezervasyonumda sadece iki gün kaldım. Klima sitemi çok kötü yataklar berbat ötesi çarşaflar. Gördüğüm en kötü otellerden.

Das war die reinste Katastrophe. Ich werde mir eine Anwaltliche Beratung holen und das Hotel verklagen. Ich bin schon am 13.08.19 vereist und musste mir einen neuen Hotel buchen.Es war nicht möglich in diesem Hotel zu bleiben,weil es erstens dreckig und zweitens gefährlich für meine Kinder. The property is in the middle of the busy street, no aircon in the living room where there's 3 beds and supposed to be a kitchen as well. U have to stay with the windows open all the time to get the air in. In return it becomes noisy and dusty. The bed is right next to the window where the kids could easily climb up and fall over. Not safe at all.

Resepsiyonist ve garsonlar sanki islerini zoraki yapıyorlar. Misafirperverlik hiç yok. Klima için ayrı ücret almaları tamamen sacmalik. Kaldık klimalar son derece eski ve deforme olmuş. Kumanda 17 derecede iken bile odayı sogutmuyor. Bununla ilgili 3 veya 4 defa şikayette bulunup teknik servis istememe rağmen ciddiye alınmadım. Aynı apartta kaldığım bir İngiliz bir İsveç ve bir Türk arkadaşımda hiç ama hiç memnun olmadiklarini söylediler.

Odada temizlik sıfır mini dolapta su bile yok banyo aynı şekilde çok kötü şampuan v.s el sabunu bile mevcut değil 2 gün kaldık ve odaya havluları bile değiştirmek için görevli gelmedi yataklar o kadar kötüki yayları yatanın sırtına batıyor kahvaltı geliyor fakat 2 inci çaya 5 TL ücret alınıyor gerçekten çok komik bir durum şu zamana kadar konakladıgım en kötü yer

Otel demeye bin sahit lazim apart konseptinde tuttuk oteli odada temizlik sifir elektirikli ocak koymuslar bozuk hic bir sekilde yemek yapilmiyor bir arkadas denize 5 dakika demis depar atsaniz dahi 5 dakikada gidemezsiniz 1 kilometre ye yakin bir uzaklikta denize havuz pis etrafi acac yapragi tavuk pisligiyle dolu personel hic ilgilenmiyor kaydirak koymuslar zor bela gun icinde 10 dakika calistiriyorlar onuda birkac kez ustelersek ancak turk kulturunun vaz gecilmezi caya hasret kaldim odada caydanlik yok klima desen kendini zor sogutuyor suan oteldeyim yasadiklarimi anlatiyorum face yorumlara aldanip kenzinizi yakmayin tatilim rezil oldu dolandirildim ve kandirildim ROSE GARDEN APART OTEL son tercihiniz dahi olmasin....
