I’m on my way home us when I get there I will write a letter with all the problems I found in this place lots of safety violations I will get in touch very soon the top management don’t care to fix problems that can cause harm to persons life like electric wires loose open and dose conduct electricity electrical appliances not wired to the ground which conducts electricity to anyone touching it. The sourage gas is everywhere the venting system in the restroom at the lobby weren’t working the stuff mapping the floor with dirty water no communication no English spoken Just when they want to sell you something They run away when you ask for a service I ask for a safe to put my passport and money They give one small very any one could wake away with it ,instructions are in Turkish language I couldn’t operate the safe no help and any one could help himself to the safe because everyone have the room key house keeping, from desk stuff, the night guy , the technician….. I’m sorry Expedia have some responsibility in the matter because they don’t physically check this places and they don’t contact the authorities When they hear about safely violation. The place doesn’t have emergency plans in case of emergency. No warning signs to be find anywhere ( hot water ) wet floor, no area no smoking person …… The electric generator does make big noise and the wall are not sound proof and it’s on some time early in the morning. This place deserves to be closed for serious inspection

Helt okej hotell, enda nackdelarna var dålig ventilation i rummen. Toalett och hiss har ingen ventilation och på balkongen där man sitter så har dom monterat utsuget för ventilationen så det går inte sitta i balkongen med AC på då det blåser väldigt varmt på en. Väldigt få platser vid poolen går inte få plats där.

Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war äußerst gut. Es ist im unteren Preissegment anzusiedeln. Der Zimmerservice kam regelmäßig, die Sauberkeit würde ich als gut bezeichnen. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, erfüllt aber Ihren Zweck. Das Personal ist bemüht, oft aber aufdringlich - wenn auch unbeabsichtigt. Englisch wird eher nicht gesprochen. Aquise am Essenstisch, das sollte definitiv geändert werden. Die Speiseauswahl ist regional geprägt und auf einem guten Niveau. Abendunterhaltung zwar nicht gut, spielte für uns aber keine Rolle. Wir sind spontan gereist und haben nur dort gegessen und geschlafen. Dafür ist es definitiv ausreichend.

Wonderful holiday

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and ready to help at any moment. Many of the staff speak Russian, so there will be no problems for Russian-speaking tourists to communicate. The food is varied and very tasty - many thanks to the chef.

Хороший отель среднего уровня. Номер убирали каждый день и меняли полотенца. Питание конечно урезанное из-за пандемии, но нам было не критично, голодными не были. Персонал приветливый. Рядом автобусная остановка. Район тихий, до центра надо ехать около 5 км.

Ruokasalin juomien saanti hankala. Miksi juomapistettä ei ole sijoitettu ruoanjakelutiloihin? Automaatin muovikupit liian ohutta muovia. Eikö aterioilla voi käytää laseja?(softdrinkin käyttäjät) Huoneet olivat lämpimiä ja lämmitys toimi. Kuumaa vettä tuli heti suihkussa. Vettä jaettiin jääkaappiin joka päivä. Oma ranta, jossa ilmaiset aurinkotuolit ja -varjot, sekä juoma-automaatti. Ranta oli vieressä. Sijainti hyvä. Bussit kulkivat rantatietä vierestä.

Ensimmäinen ja viimeinen kerta.

Oli ensimmäinen ja viimenen kerta tähän hotelliin. Henkilökunta oli epäystävällistä,tervehdyksiin ei useimmiten tullut mitää vastausta. Ruoka oli lihapitosta useimmiten mautonta,aamiaisella ei näistä lämminruoka kulhoista ollu muuta otettavaa kun kananmuna,enkä mielestäni ole ruuansuhteen ronkeli. Hotellissa oli kaksi hissiä mitkä oli jatkuvasti rikki kulettiinki tavarahississä. Venäläisiä oli hotellissa suurin osa, altaalla päivisin soi musiikki mikä oli pääasiassa venäläistä välissä muutama englanninkielinen kappale. Kylpyhuoneessa oli kauhea viemärin haju. Ainoa ystävällinen ja hymyilevä ihminen oli siivooja jolle meidän tipit jäi. Muidenkin suomalaisten kanssa jutellessa tuli ilmi että hotelli oli pettymys.

Onnistunut loma Monte Carlo-hotellissa. Ainoa tosi kurja juttu oli huoneiden väliseinien olematon äänieristys. Jo normaali puhe kuului selvästi läpi saati sitten muut äänet. Ruoka hyvää ja muukin infra ok.
