Staff is really helpful. First hotel room had a damaged balcony door and upon talking to the staff they offered a room switch. Had a really nice stay over all, the hotel is close to the main road and the beach so it’s easy access to downtown as well if you wanna walk there:)

Me and my mom enjoyed our stay very much! The receptionists were very friendly, approachable and correct and THANK GOD we didnt have to play activity, they understood English 😂❤️ the pool was clean, and nice, but unfortunately the whole street could see in, so they could see us sunbathing and swimming which made the whole experience a little uncomfortable. The breakfast also wasn't our favourite, but everyone was very nice and helpful, each room had their own bathroom,free shampoos and shower gels, kettle, fridge, free bottles of waters, instant coffee, air conditioning, which was also very good, reception worked 0-24. The hotel's location was also very good, close to the beach (4mins walk) and also to the city center (max 10mins by walk). If you are not renting a car then this can come very handy as the google map didn't show us any opportunity to use public transport.

The room is not clean

Staff was friendly and accommodating however our room is not clean at all and I don’t think they have changed the beddings as we found some hairs and black stuff on our bed ( i have picture of it to prove) the pillows are crumpled like someone has been slept on it,there’s no towel in the bathroom, we have to go down and ask for it ,the carpet are too old . The only good sides was the beach,just walking distance from the hotel

In general, a normal hotel for the money. From the unpleasant - on the site, when ordering a reservation, it was indicated that breakfast was included, and upon check-in we were told that breakfast was an additional fee of 50 lire per person. Also, the smell of sewerage in the bathroom was very tense, but it was impossible to ventilate, because no hood
