The location is perfect - quiet and peaceful in the farmland surrounded by mountains just minutes from Alamosa. The homeowner is very responsive - answering questions within minutes even - in my experience - during a major holiday weekend. We all commented how nice it was to return to our VRBO each day after the adventures. I will stay here again the next time I visit this region of Colorado. Thanks! ##### Greg C. There's many details that werent given ie. Toilet paper has to be thrown in trash cans, the sink water smelled like sewage, hair dryers didn't work. Also there were mice running around the house... i understand it is a mountain property (but i would think they would get an exterminator). I usually recieve a welcome message from host before checkin, but i didnt hear anything until 3 o'clock check in. Overall i would not stay at this property or recommend it. ##### Miranda R.
