No wifi (online says free wifi) and we were given a room with shared bathroom tho we booked a room that says private bathroom. Bathroom room was broken and untidy. Room wasn’t clean. I feel bad for the staff because they’re very nice and hardworking but they get all the rant and complains from the customers. The owner should come and manage the building themselves to see the real situation.
