The staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful, refusing to accept copies of IDs for my wife and 2.5-year-old child, saying they needed original fiscal IDs instead. Because of this, they are not accept to stay after1:30 hour of waiting. I then moved to the St. Regis, where the staff was much more polite and welcoming.no way recommend or do it again.

It was my first time in Abu Dhabi. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful. Check in was quick and easy, the pools were incredible, and the breakfast was amazing.
