"Stayed in a premium room that was newly renovated. 1st night water leak in bathroom at midnight, fixed within half hr, but ceiling left in a mess. 2nd day fridge not working, reported in the morning nothing done, reported again and a large under counter fridge was brought which had to stay in middle ..."
