Room wasn’t ready when I got there. I have to stay 45 minutes to an hour and a half to wait for my room to get ready even though I let them know ahead of time what time I will be all right also the room is full of dust and the equipment is too old and the maintenance of the amenities. It was terrible.

Extremely disappointing experience. The front desk staff showed little willingness to help or be flexible, even though we were traveling with young children. I had to approach the desk a second time before any effort was made to assist us. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, and true luxury is defined by exceptional customer service—not just the property itself. To make matters worse, the staff member who escorted us to our room simply walked away after we explained we weren’t comfortable. We were also promised a partial refund, but when Expedia contacted the hotel, nothing was honored. Sadly, this experience fell far below the standards expected from a hotel of this reputation.

Spacious rooms that are well equipped and immaculately clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool area is nice. Food options are what you would expect in a large busy hotel catering for a wide range of international tourists.

The room was clean and well kept. The services and helpfulness of staff was outstanding.

Highly recommended. Good services, free underground parking, complete amenities in one location. The room layout is excellent; shower, toilet, vanity, and bathtub are separate. It feels like a 5-star hotel room. Value for money.
