Very good thing about the hotel was breakfast, we had to wait 2 hours in the hot sun for our room to get ready toilets were a bit shaky. We also had an incident where we came back from main city Chefchaouen and we came back to take a shower and found there was no water. The pool was very nice though it was a bit dirty. Overall it was a bad stay besides breakfast.

7.8/10 Good! (185 reviews)
It is not even in the city! Could not walk anywhere, had to use transportation. Black mold in the shower curtain. Peeling and chipped paint. Housekeeping takes several trips. Instead of doing it all when first arrive, they do part, leave and return throughout the day to finish. Breakfast was excellent. Staff is excellent! Property has much deferred maintenance.
