    "Our flight was delayed and we ended up coming straight from the airport after dark, we were jet lagged and exhausted but felt better after receiving a warm welcome from Grand Hotel Madaba staff. There was an issue with the AC which was resolved quickly and the room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was huge and we felt fully ready to experience the day! The only regret is we didn’t have time for a swim before checking out."

    "First off when we arrived around 11:20 am The place wasn’t ready for checking in , we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes… After we checked in come to find out that the pool was not clean , hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while , green mold that clearly and visibly on the pool floor , kitchen had no coffee and tea pot to use , very basic kitchen supplies provided, in the bathrooms there was only 3 towels , no cleaning supplies to clean with , bed sheets and blankets were all dust and sand ,..."
