Only drawback would be there is not enough shaded areas to get away from the sun. But that really is minor. Wilfred and Shabir were amazing as they we were so personal and warm and made us feel welcomed. Really made an immediate impression on us. Can't wait to go back."

"This hotel is horrible! The staff were friendly. The air conditioning in the room is awful. You have to beg for clean towels and toilet tissue. The buffet breakfast disappeared after the 2nd day of our 20 day stay. It was replaced with cold eggs, soggy cold French fries and hot dogs. De Baron resort is much nicer and about the same price. I will stay there next time! This hotel is filthy and in severe disrepair."

"If you like closeness to nature, this the place for you. Squirrels, birds and monkeys visited our balcony during our stay. The glass walled villa offers amazing view of the forest in all four directions but if you prefer privacy, draw the curtains, which we didn't have to use. Given the location, expect some ants, mostly in the bathtub but they don't bite or bother us. The adorable resident dogs do bark intermittently at night so bring ear plugs if necessary. Complimentary pickup/dropoff service...
