"Unfortunately I found a cockroach as I was going to the bathroom in the middle of the night which I guess happens in the middle of the desert but when we checked out I showed a picture of it to the person introducing himself as one of the managers, all I got was Thank you for Letting us know. No apologies at all. Luckily it was me seeing the suite’s pet and not my wife.
The place is not like any other Ritz-Carlton we have stayed at. We have stayed over 50 nights in the Ritz in the past 4...
