The staff in the hotel are generally friendly and helpful but that is where the positives end. - For the price of the hotel per night, there are really very few facilities or dining options. Bear in mind that Khor Fakkan itself has limited dining and entertainment options for the evening as well. - The room was very dirty, with lots of hair all over the floor, crumbs and etc. The rooms and hotel in general really need renovation. - The walls are paper thin or we were just unlucky with two different sets of very noisy neighbors. Both nights in a row our neighbors had some big gathering/party in their room till about 4AM. We complained about this to the staff a couple of times but in the end had two terrible nights sleep - There is a very pushy staff member selling massages, spa and salon services in the pool and beach area which is not appreciated - The standard of the breakfast is abysmal. This is in no way the level of a 4 star hotel - There is a massive construction site right next to the hotel for their expansion. The view North from the hotel is only a construction site, the view East/South is only of the industrial port.
