Stayed for 5 nights. Arrived at 6am on the first day and was able to check in early for a very reasonable fee. Excellent, spacious room. Stylish throughout. Great breakfast. Awesome gym and spa. Incredibly helpful and polite staff. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself is amazing, the food is ok, however we ate out a lot and ordered takeaway from other restaurants. They have a outdoor pool and bar area, the staff in that area are amazing. I found other staff members rude, they also did not communicate with each other. The main issue was leaving the hotel in the evenings the security would ask what our room number was, wouldn’t make the effort to remember our faces and upon return the same evening they would ask again, this happened every single day until we complained. Do not disturb is also non existent here, we had phone calls every single day and knocks at the door even with the do not disturb light on and the pamphlet on the door. Nice place and roughly 20mins cab everywhere, however the customer service isn’t very good at all!

I like the location of the hotel. It was very convenient to go anywhere in the city or to access the highway from the hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff and service was great. I was there for 10 days and the whole time anything I needed the reception had an answer. Great amenities at the hotel as well.

The hotel was well located being situated between an easily accessible mall and on the beachfront with buzzy bars in the evening. The hotel was as would expect from a fairmont, clean classy and comfortable. We had booked a fairmont heritage room which was unfortunately not sea facing. This was dark and depressing and not what we expected for a beach holiday. Samanta helped us to change room with a charge incurred. Definitely would book the sea facing in future. We had a pleasant comfortable half board stay. Again be careful with half board as some of the restaurants had supplements.

The location is good. The hotel service is very good. Excellent breakfast! Excellent free Valet Parking. But the restaurant at its top floor seems to be way overpriced - not worth.
