Over rated, and over price Hotel as 4 star hotel
Should be 3 stars only,
Staff y unfriendly with poor language skills
Also, some basics are missed when you check in, No towels on the room and you need to ask for it to get them and the toiletries are of the very cheep stuffs
Also, TV channels are of bad quality specially Saudi Quran, a s they were unable to get maj tenable person to fix it and they are using old & damage TV RC - there are picture of these RC

Great place beautiful clean rooms and bathroom. The people working there are awesome even the cafe guys and the noor restaurant workers. I had a beautiful time. It’s also very secure! Have to scan in every-time to get into elevator to room so that’s an extra security. The house keeping guy is so kind!! It’s literally by the mosque u just walk like half a block and you are on the mosque property!! Also there’s a market in between the towers it’s going down the escalator.

"I recommend this hotel.The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff are very attentive. Room service is very fast and detailed. Room was always made up by the time I got back, even if i was gone for only a short time. The pool and cafe are wonderfull. And room was comfortable and the beds and pillow ..."
