Great overall

Experienced and professional staff, shuttle service to haram convenient

was an overall really nice stay! both rooms in the suite were spacious and clean and had a good view from the window. Had a fridge and cooking area including a stove and oven which made it convenient to cook if you weren’t feeling a takeaway. Very good customer service also.

Very good service

Good value for money

Great

During our six nights stay, our room was cleaned ONLY once despite our repeated requests. No sense of customer services at all! It was extremely busy but there were only limited number of lifts which were in operation. Just to get something from the shops downstairs, one had to make a provision of at least 30 minutes. Picture of the buses/coaches are complete deception! Picture of a tripe room with three double beds is also a big LIE! The only good thing about this hotel is that it is in Makkah...
