DON’T RENT THIS HOTEL
The worst hotel I ever been… service was terrible starting at the front desk… guy was so hostile… door card never worked. Furniture was broken. Fridge was inside of a cabinet and the cabinet door can’t even close. Shower was so uncomfortable… en the best was horrible… after 3 nights sleeping in that bed all my body hurt, I need a chiropractic ASAP. Ice machine was so dirty… towels were with stains and the toilet handle was broken… I was in hell for 3 nights.

For the price, I'd had a great stay. The gentleman at the desk at 10:30 pm is a true asset to the hotel.

Let me start with when we got there we had to put a deposit down and I already paid online for this hotel. Then it suppose to be a smoking room then we was told after we got to our room they came to our room and said there wasn't anymore smoking allow it smell like cigarette smoke then our sheets had a stain on it and burn holes in it then we saw cockroaches in our room.The outside was nice the staff was friendly.

Had a lovely stay, despite the room having a strangely strong smell of maple syrup and/or brown sugar. Have no idea what was the source, the room was quite clean. Very nice room considering the price, the inside of the facility looks a lot better than the outside. The promised continental breakfast bar was unavailable due to a state mandate, which they really should tell you on their website, but there were cheap breakfast options fairly close by.

Just needed a place to stay while driving. Walked in the room and turn on the lights to see bed bugs everywhere!!!

The property was dirty. There were stains on the rugs and the place smelled of people cooking in their rooms and smoking. Even the “clean” towels looked gray. At least no bed bugs

I wouldn't say much not very clean but they try if you have a animal its ok to stay but fair warning it's a hotel for homeless

Dogs in the hotel room close to my room, apparently unattended. BARKING WAS NOT ATTENDED TO. It sounded as if there was a large dog like a german shepherd doing most of the barking. I believe there was a smaller dog barking less noise also. They barked through the night. It was not a night I expected to have or pay for. I did bring the matter to the Manager's attention, but the situation was not resolved. At first he said he did not know who was in the specific i referenced, but would check into it. Additionally, the hotel was difficult to find. It was not located on a main street. I can best describe as in the middle of a parking lot surrounded by other buildings. Main entrance was not easy to find.

I stayed and there were roaches in my room. The 24/7 amenities was a lie. We were unable to get towels. The towels were dirty. They still aren’t serving breakfast even though it’s 2023 and Covid is over. The manager comped half of my room for the roaches. The person at the desk said the infestation was only in one room. It was absolutely appalling to have a staff member say that.

Stayed at this property for 3 weeks when I finally addressed the roaches in the bathroom myself and my family were asked to leave the property because the owner said we were lying trying to get free nights even though I had photo evidence all I wanted was to move to a room without cockroaches not a free stay

Although the booking listed breakfast, they hadn't served breakfast in 2 years, since covid. The room was non smoking but it smelled of smoke with a scented cover up. Sheets had cigarette burns. Ceiling over the shower had a large crack from a water leak. Manager said they had no other available rooms.

For the price if was fine, just needed a place to catch some sleep. Bring your own pillow if possible, the ones here are like paper thin , seriously . Fridge in room so that's a bonus.

There was blood and burns marks all over the bedding, the walls were dirty, the appliances barely worked, it was a nightmare. Bed was hard and uncomfortable and pillows were flat, I attach pics of the bedding

Old hotel needs Updating on amenities.
The overall feel and cleanliness was lacking in quality. It was the cheapest option too, though.
