This is most likely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Very noisy all night, bed squeeked bad every time you moved.Breakfast was very limited. charged me a security fee they did not tell me about and will take 5 to7 days for a refund.

It was decent but worn. Empty two liter bottle under the cusion if the chair. And the hot tub was definitely nit clean and worn. Yuck

Room was dirty hotel wouldnt move us but inconvenience us by having house keeping 6 hours after i made them aware of the condition of my room. People above were rude and stomping and banging all hours of the night and esrly morning. Terrible.

Black mold in the bathroom,ceiling falling down. Mirror looked like it’s never been cleaned. Smoke alarm falling off the ceiling. Bed frames were metal and squeaky. Had a terrible nights sleep. Will never stay at a baymont or super 8 ever again. Every entrance had smoldering cigarettes on the ground and just laying on garbage cans still lit

Nothing stayed for two days cause the jacuzzi Tub..nasty dirty didn't have hot water .had to change rooms 4 times still had to clean the bathroom and jacuzzi and rest of the room my self just to make the stay bearable for the next two days ... I want a refund for the horrible time... I will never stay there again and I will tell everyone I know the same thing

Bedding except sheet was stained. Asked for new cover and had to wait until 8pm. When that time came we called and received a sheet and a fitted sheet.

I had the jacuzzi room to control the jets you have to get out of the tub and walk over by the sink. They said I ruin the sheets. They kept half of my deposit. They didn't say how I ruined the sheet theu did send me a email they didn't send me a text a voicemail nonthing they just kept half my deposit I had to call and find out why. Well they lost my Business over $25 dollars. If you go to this hotel bring your own sheets. They could of gave.me.the option to keep the sheets but they didn't.

They stay up on the cleanliness. Prices were amazing on Expedia. Would prefer more English speaking crew. Also, would've been great if the washer wasn't out of order. But overall no issues and was pleased. We stayed for a week and a half.

Find something better, especially on Baymont side.
Weird motel set up. Front lobby is open both to a Baymont and Super 8 motel. The front receptionist area and breakfast area is open to both guests. If our side was a Baymont, very disappointed in the bed and the lack of soundproofing between rooms. Beds had spring sounds ( loud) when any movement in the bed. Noise at all hours was atrocious. Last night the loud talking did not end until 4am. Got very little sleep. Cleanliness of the room, reception and breakfast area was not bad at all. Just very disappointed in our Baymont side. Expected Baymont to do better. Stay was 12/13- 12/14 Room 128

You pay for what you get. However, the bed sounded like it was going to literally break when you sat on it. It was sitting on a metal block. The jetted tub was FILTHY! The water was not clean. And it said there was free breakfast but all they had was bagels and waffles. The furniture had food stuck on it, the outlets didn’t work. Very low quality.

The building was being re-roofed while I was staying there. Workers were on the roof above me before 7:30 am There was a generator running outside my window. The bed made a sound like 2 cymbals coming together when you got up or laid down. There was a smell when you entered the room primarily in the bathroom.

I know this is a limited thing but the construction on the roof was very annoying and didn't seem to be too safe. There was trash and construction junk all over the place and the fact we were there on a weekend but they were still doing work was disappointing.

The room looked like it was recently remodeled, except for the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, except when you sat down on it or rolled over quickly...then it sounded like sheet metal bending, and then it would make the noise again when you got up. Overall, I would stay here again based on price and location.

This hotel shares a building with the Super 8. That would have been good to know. Literally the same hotel but with two separate entrances. The tub was worse for wear, very gross looking. Didn’t discuss with staff because it wasn’t so much a cleanliness issue as it just needs to be replaced. Paid online but still had to put down a deposit. Staff was pretty friendly. Overall this place needs to be updated pretty bad.
