There was no receptionist in the area, so I needed to self check-in. I got an email for self-check in less than a day before during my flight to Japan so I had to do it while on our way. The system is not picking my son’s passport picture. I had to call for assistance in the lobby where no air conditioning. I had an unpleasant check-in. However, I would still rate it average for the clean place. Thanks!

Perfect location for visiting Universal Studios. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, and the foot massage machine in the room was very practical and a great way to relax after a long day of walking around Universal Studios.

I enjoyed my stay here, super unique with amenities unlike anywhere I’d really stayed including free basic food and open pour bar, free personal amenities and even rental of electronics all included as part of your stay.
The rooms had a unique look and feel and while they were outstandingly flashy or slick I think that they certainly did the job, were clean and fit for purpose.
I’d definitely stay here again.
