Sleeps 8 Our elevated modern Akaroa property, features spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, with extensive views over Akaroa and the harbour, the ideal place to relax and unwind as you watch the sun set. It is only minutes from the main street with plenty of street parking and space for car, motor home or boat. The property has a master bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms on the lower level. It's a great setup for a couple and/or extended family or up to three couples. All bedrooms lead out onto either the top deck or lower deck. You have full use of the house and amenities. The well-equipped kitchen with bi-fold windows opens onto the outdoor bar and BBQ area, great for serving food and drink. Opening louvres cover the deck so you can enjoy the outdoors in any weather, all year long. The master bedroom opens onto the main outdoor decking, has a plush super-king bed, ensuite and with great views across the village and harbour. The ensuite has a spa bath and shower. The two bedrooms on the lower floor use a shared bathroom with shower and these rooms also open onto an outdoor decking. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to read, entertain and relax and Sky TV to watch. Lockbox access, check in from 2pm, check out by 10am. Guest access Guests can use the entire house. A few steps down from the turn around area and car park above, the house is easily accessible. Other things to note Steps down to the main entrance. Inside the house, there are stairs to lower level. Access to the double garage is locked but may be used by arrangement for longer term stays.
