"The facility was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The staff was very helpful during our stay. One thing about customer service I didn't like was the fact that we arrived the premises at about 2:30pm and requested early check-in barely 30min earlier after a 6 hour flight from Boston into the burning heat of AZ, common courtesy was to allow us check-in early. The staff eventually honored our request after minutes of negotiations. Overall our stay was great. I'll recommend"

Communication through the app was fast an le consistent if I had questions. I will add, the app is a must. It has clear check in/out instructions and there are specialists that will communicate with you very quickly if property staff are no longer on the premises."
