"It’s a clean hotel and stuff are kind and helpful however we got a room where the shower drain was blocked 2 times and we had to call them multiple times to come and fix it. the water was flouting. Also about the location. it showed on expedia that it’s 2 mins walk from dubai mall but in fact it’s far 10mins by car which is a false advertisement"

"I stayed for about a week. The rooms are clean and kitchen well stocked. The housekeeping staff did a good job everyday. "

"Everything at the property was great - convenient location (3min from airport), clean, easy check-in and friendly staff. Only negative was that no one responded to any of our three messages on the Hotel.com 'contact the property' messenger, so no one received our request for a shuttle to and from the airport. I suggest contacting them directly if you need to get in touch."
