  • For your stay, we offer this charming little private cottage with a sea view, an annex to a villa, ideally located in the northern part of the city of Ajaccio.



    Located 5 km from Ajaccio’s historic centre, the airport, and the nearest beach, it’s situated in a very quiet residential area.



    While a car is recommended for getting around, you’re just 1 km from a bus stop and local shops.



    THE APARTMENT



    The apartment has a floor area of approximately 30 m². It consists of:



    1 small kitchen open to the living room, which features a sofa bed.



    1 private terrace



    1 bedroom with a 140-size bed



    1 bathroom

    🧺 We take care of the end-of-stay cleaning and provide sheets and towels



    🛏️ The beds are made upon your arrival for immediate comfort (except for the sofa beds; we provide the linens)

    🍖 Your barbecue is charcoal-fired. A gas griddle is available for everyone to use in the kitchenette near the pool.



    🚗 You can park in the garden



    🐢 No pets allowed, as we already have two cats roaming around, and it’s not uncommon to encounter Hermann’s tortoises in the garden—a wild and protected species that should not be disturbed.



    🚭 Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.



    🏊‍♀️ The pool uses a salt-based treatment system. It is maintained regularly by a professional. ⚠️For safety reasons, the pool gate must always remain closed. Despite the gate and signs, you must supervise children and never leave them unattended!!! ⚠️



    🧂🧂 A basic selection of food and cleaning supplies is available but not included in the price. Some items may or may not remain from previous guests. Charcoal is not provided.
