You can sit freely in the garden and enjoy this green space for your outdoor meals, moments of relaxation or convivial evenings.

On foot, you can access the beaches, the lakeside promenades, restaurants and water activities. In a few minutes, you can reach the city centre, the Parc Floral des Thermes, the Arc de Campanus or the thermal baths.

The district offers an ideal balance between nature and entertainment: sunset walks, boat trips, seasonal markets and the friendly atmosphere of the port.

PGJyPgPGJyPgBy booking our accommodation you agree explicitly the house rules below:

- Respect the instructions for leaving the accommodation, in particular: Unmake the beds and put the used bedding in the laundry bin / Throw the rubbish in the rubbish bin / Make and put away your dishes before leaving the accommodation.

- Respect the arrival and departure times (in case of late departure 50€ additional fee will be applied).


What is strictly forbidden and the fees that apply in case of non-compliance:

- Organisation of parties and festive evenings (200€ additional fee, immediate call to the police and filing of a complaint).

- Emit noise pollution that would disturb the area, including loud music, between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.

- Returning the accommodation in a dirty or degraded condition (€100 additional cleaning fee will be applied).

- Smoking inside the accommodation (€200 additional cost). An ashtray is available on the balcony.

- Bringing a pet without my consent (150€ additional cleaning fee will be applied).

- Any damaged or lost object or equipment must be refunded in full based on its purchase value.
