Electric shutters. Large balcony-terrace. Private parking at the residence in the basement. If sheets are rented, beds are made on arrival. Residence of very good standing located 300 m from Lake Bourget and 3.7 km from the thermal baths (bus stop 300 m away, serving the city center or the thermal baths). Apartment of very good comfort, spacious and bright. Contemporary cachet. Beautiful terrace of 14 m² sheltered and furnished with a table and chairs, and deck chairs. Free guest card on the Aix les Bains bus network. Local shops 800 m away (pharmacy, supermarket), bakery opposite the residence. At 1.5 km, aquatic center with outdoor swimming pool (50m pool) and indoor. Minimum rental 7 days. Superb apartment 300 m from Lake Bourget and 3 km from the center of Aix les Bains, a seaside and spa resort, at the foot of the Bauges Regional Natural Park. An ideal stay between lake and mountain!
