Villa 'Aix En Provence' with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

  • Beautiful house ideal for family stays, groups of friends, or business trips, located near the center of Aix, beaches, Arena, TGV station, and airport.



    This over 150-year-old bastide, fully renovated with taste, blends authenticity and modern comfort with its stone walls and exposed beams. Its elegant Provençal façade and majestic plane tree will charm you.



    Special events (weddings, birthdays, etc.) available on request, rate available for an extra fee.



    On the ground floor, you will find a living room, dining area, open kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, there is a large bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, and a spa bathtub, plus three spacious bedrooms, one about 20 m².



    Outside, enjoy a large, well-equipped terrace (dining area, parasol, armchairs, swing, etc.) and a big garden with olive and fruit trees.



    The entry gate is shared with the neighbor. Non-smoking house. No pets inside, but pets are allowed in the garden. Soap and shampoo available on request for an extra fee.



    The property is about 10 minutes by car from Aix-en-Provence center, 3 minutes from supermarkets, a few meters from Plan Aillanes bus station, 5 minutes from the Arena and TGV station, 15 minutes from Marseille airport, and 30 minutes from the beaches.
