About this accommodationOur apartment is located in the heart of Aix-en-Provence, a stone's throw from the Palais de Justice and a few minutes from all amenities. Completely renovated, it is located on the second floor of an old Aix building dating from the 17th century. Ideal for stays with family or friends, the apartment has two bedrooms, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. We have taken care to preserve the charm of the old while combining it with modern comfort.The apartment is completely non-smoking.The accommodationThe apartment has two well-separated bedrooms, equipped with comfortable and quality beds. The shower room is spacious and functional.Features include air conditioning, gas heating, carpets, works of art and two smart TVs.The special feature of this accommodation is the second bedroom accessible by an internal staircase which also serves as an office space.In addition, the spacious and fully equipped kitchen will allow you to enjoy local products from the market which is located just below the building.The windows offer a view of a private garden, so you can enjoy your stay in complete peace.Other remarksThe building is not equipped with an elevator, however the large stairwell facilitates access to the apartments.

The nearest car park is the Bellegarde car park 6 minutes walk away, the rate is €20 for 24 hours.

Cleaning is not included in the displayed rate and is strongly recommended for long stays once a week and is mandatory for the exit, during the stay we recommend 2 hours for 80 euros and for the departure the cost is generally, 4 hours for 150 euros unless the condition of the apartment requires additional work.
